tranquil riverside retreat
flowing waterfall jungle view private villa
i stayed in a river edge one-bedroom pool villa. the villa had a flowing waterfall just outside. i also saw monkeys in the jungle from the room.
the access to the villa is locked with a large chain and a big padlock. it seemed unusual.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. one manager went beyond expectations when i felt unwell. the hotel provides a free shuttle to the central area.

The resort has a spa centre providing treatments. i had an very nice spa package. The citrus bath is amazing. there are free massage and photo shoot on check-in. the hotel offers access to wanna jungle pool bar.

The villa included great amenities. the air conditioning was very good. I found the bed very comfortable. breakfast and afternoon tea were highlights food wise. the room was cleaned twice a day.

An okay Experience
many options friendly staff
I spent several days here and the breakfast included many options. It was nice i could have this in my room or at the restaurant. The staff were friendly ALWAYS.
The spa treatments were not great. The masseuses did not seem well trained.

special drink big bathroom romantic singer
the staff welcomed me with a special green drink. the bathroom was big and nice and as soon as i left my room, someone made the bed. i dined at the hotel and the singer really made it romantic.
the spa massage was okay, but not something i'd write home about, so i probably won't get one again.

the staff was always kind. hardworking staff were really nice too. the breakfast selections were fantastic. the food offered a variety of mouthwatering dishes. it was a wonderful stay!
